Well, dear Helena. Cleaning windows not my favorite duty, but much needed. How is it, that always when I plan to do this, it starts raining?

what is happiness? It’s a lovely quote … sometimes I feel content with all that is, sometimes not so, and it’s not from choice or decision ..

Like so many ‘things’ it differs per person what happiness means to one, I think. More and more I start to believe it is by choice or decision, if you’re not happy. Just last night I saw a fragment of a television program, probably a spoiler and a woman with breast cancer – with not a good chance to survive – spoke about how she keeps on smiling, joking, living. That’s a brave, but I think necessary choice she made, since I believe our mind, body and soul are deeply connected.
Oh yes, dancing during chores….it’s almost a must 😉
Happiness can only come from you !!! So true so beautiful 🙂 Moreover, happiness is about looking beyond imperfections, everything might not be perfect but it’s up to you to find happiness even then
