Update Dreampack

Over the last several week most of my teeth needed to be extracted. Last week, Thursday, the dentist pulled out 14 teeth at once. Although it was my own decision to do this, sick and tired of ongoing infections in my mouth the last couple of years, I was of course a bit anxious. All went well and I am (knock on wood) recovering faster as expected. Well, I think, but the dentist will have to confirm this tomorrow 😉

Especially the first days after I needed to take it easy, even if I didn’t want to, but my body told me with no mercy, I had to. It was the perfect time to think about my website, my vision and mission and research social media again. Facebook is still, by far, the leading platform, but I still don’t want a personal page and a separate page for this website. This woman has more things to do, keeping up two pages at Facebook… it is just too much. The idea that anybody can connect via a website-page on this social medium, doesn’t feel good either.

However, I also like to share small moments of our Dreampack, about me and topics that interest me and Instagram doesn’t attract me for a reason I (still) can’t put my finger on. Too small to create posts about, here on the website.
Although it is not my main objective to gain more followers, I do have a vision and mission to share. Facebook is also a good way to help Beautiful Souls connect.

In short: As of today, you can (also) follow me and this website via Facebook (click).
I turned my personal page into a page for this website, so if you like to connect and thrive with me via Facebook, you will have to send in a request to be friends 😉

Looking forward to connect and thrive together !

    1. Due to combination of causes 😉 (stress, cola, smoking, hormones levels off, wrong food).
Well, I don’t want strange things in my body, so no implants. I have now prostheses.
Thank you for the kind wishess, dear Shiva.

  1. I have had my blogs shared on Facebook, from the get go, and after a fashion, I find most of my readers are silent admirers. I hear very little from them, except on occasion.

  2. Wow, that is a lot of teeth being pulled at once! ? Hope you recover quickly dear Patty! I’m considering every once in a while to quit Facebook like I tossed my tv… Just connect with family, friends and other ‘neighbors’ on this globe as you call it, via my blog. I’m not into all the other social media, there’s not that much ‘social’ about it, I think…

    1. Thank you dear Anuscka 🙂
I have had the same dilemma 😉 But I don’t want to publish everything on this website either…therefore this new decision 😉

  3. Oh my dear!!! I hope you’re doing well. I remember having four wisdom teeth extracted at once and I thought I was going to DIE! Keep us updated on your progress please. Also, what’s your plan moving forward? A partial?

    1. I am fine 🙂 It amazes me, myself, but I truly am!
Up – complete ‘fake’, lower jaw – partial. The wounds are healed already and I have a temporary dentures for a couple of month, until may jaw-bones are healed too.
The harder part is getting used to the dentures…swallowing is difficult, only allowed to eat soft food for a couple of weeks and after a week crunched food and soup, I am longing for a big steak, hahaha
Anyways, I am ok 🙂 But can’t take all the credit for the speeding process, fabulous surgeon-dentist.

  4. Good grief, I save a notification to test commenting again after that disturbing realisation that my comment were heading off into some other dimension where another version of you was thinking who’s this character cluttering up my blog? Had to be the one with huge dental missives and 14 teeth…all in one go. These infections must have been highly annoying to go for broke there. Kudos to going through with it and hope you enjoy soup! Actually, I hope they are all healing properly too.

I’m going to copy this to the other blog too just to check where it goes and where it doesn’t, so if it repeats there you will know why…unless it doesn’t post here or there, in which case…you won’t.

Pinterest is the traffic engine if that’s what you’re looking for. Outscores Facebook and Twitter because the audience there is actively seeking intersting stuff. Demographic is educated and spends more too….obviously that’s ok if you have something to sell! I got someone to manage mine for a couple of months and hits are constant and growing now. The other one is StumbleUpon although that is not my favourite.

    Hope this reaches you X
