Review Developing Leadership Skills ~ course created by Mathias Sager

For years I worked in the corporate world and married to a global manager, who still works in a multinational, I immediately took the opportunity to follow the course Developing Leadership Skills created by Mathias Sager.

Mathias and I connect for quit some time now, mostly via our websites, and we love to debate about a variety of topics. All related to improving the well-being of our Dreampack.

About Mathias in his own words:

Happy Colorful Growth

Hello

I was born in Zurich in 1975 and grew up in Switzerland. Currently, I’m living in Tokyo. I love open-minded people everywhere. I’m passionate about and working relentlessly for developing human potential, which is an overarching theme throughout all my work that is inspired by intuition, extensive managerial experience, art, organizational psychology research, and learning & development practice.

I have worked as a teacher, a leadership trainer, as well as a senior manager responsible for client relationships, counseling, and virtual teams around the world. Also, I am a social entrepreneur and serving as a strategy and leadership advisor in different ways. My goal is to inspire with interdisciplinary, innovative, and cross-cultural approaches to personal and professional development for the reader’s individual well-being and common good alike.

Continuously learning myself and keen to help, I appreciate any questions or feedback you may have at any time. Please connect on my blog, on social media, or email me directly to
goodthings @ mathias-sager.com.

Thanks, and all the best
Mathias

About the course:

If you desire to become a leader, manager or in case you want to understand more about ‘leadership’ this course provides a good explanation of the different leadership styles and skills. Not sure what kind of leader you are? Find out by taking this course.

As a master coach, the part about motivation I found highly interesting. Mathias has a pleasant voice and it’s obvious he created this course with utmost care.

It took me a bit longer as 1.5 hours to complete this course, because I always take notes to help me memorize the content better. However, if you follow a course at Udemy, you will have access indefinitely.

Yes, Mathias became a dear friend, but I believe in objective reviews. I promise, if you are interested in this topic, you will not be disappointed 😉
