The season of intriguing and beautiful skies again; thought it would be nice to share a few of the photographs I took recently. The sky just as the Sun is rising are my favorites. It also reminds me of a poem I wrote together with my dear friend Manuel, published at the beginning of this year. Isn’t it ridiculous how fast 2018 went by? Don’t forget to cherish the beautiful moments each day brings 😉
Core Truth
The sky weeps
Could be angels
Temperature drops
Nature shivers
Humanity sleeps
Punishment and demise
Dragged down under
Prism of illusions
Ignorance
Humanity sleeps
Like woolly sheep’s
Following the flock
No questions asked
Initiative absent
Humanity sleeps
Erased
It all falls
Road to perdition
Outcome
Humanity sleeps
Glories misbelievers
Their rooms
Full of nightmares
No compliance
Humanity sleeps
The clouds breaking
The sun rises
Raindrops nurture
Nature’s resilience
Humanity wakening
Diminished aching
Followers, Leaders
Recollecting
Ancient wisdom
Humanity wakening
Darkness breaks
Each new dawn
Light unlocks
Core Truth
Nature
Humanity
Awakes

Zeg…spreek voor jezelf, hihi.
Maar idd, dat is een goed punt!
Ik sprak ook voor mezelf hoor, hihi
Very creative poem.
“The sky weeps
Could be angels” – something about that line just made me pause.
“Humanity
Awakes”- that’s all we need.
Very beautifully written.
Thank you Rinum for the compliment and for connecting. Warm regards, Patty
