The gift of respecting differences

The gift of respecting differences is a gift we can all choose to give. On the website of Stephanae McCoy I read an important reminder of this. In addition, I learned via this inspiring Beautiful Soul that it is today International Day of People with Disabilities.

As Stephanae also reminds us: Please remember that some disabilities are hidden/invisible !

I would like to add:

We are all unique, therefore different. Difference is what makes us unique; I think we should embrace our differences, don’t you think so too? Our positives AND our limitations.

  1. So very true, Patty, and this really resonates with me. People look at me, even talk to me, and have no idea that I struggle daily with an “invisible” disability … on that has, many times, been awfully debilitating. Thank you for this write-up!

    1. Truly my pleasure, dear Jonathan. I am so thankful you started to share your story, since it will help so many people. Big hug! XxX
