We can’t help everyone, but everyone can use their skills to help someone. With that quote in mind, I publish every Wednesday a post with the intention to inspire you to Connect to Life, Others and Yourself.
Life Connection

Searching for the best suitable lifestyle can get very confusing. Should we give up all modern technologies, possibilities, ideas and views and go back to the ancient way of living? Or should we ditch all the wisdom our ancestors gathered and taught us? Meat, eggs and other products made of animals are malicious? Or are vegetarians wicked? Do we all need to be slim and go to a fitness center each day? Is Science trustworthy, or do we all need to become herbalists? So many questions, so many views..
If I learned anything: The perfect way does not exist.
Finding the balance, which is right for YOU as an unique individual, may not seem easy, and it will not always be, however I believe it is possible. Read more about my perspectives here -> Life Connection
Soul Connection

On the main page Soul Connections you can find several pages linked, regarding why I believe Connection to Others is important.
Research shows that we as human beings thrive better, connected to other human beings. However, that might not always be a given. So, in this first post of the new series, I would like you to ask the following questions:
A connection can only be(come) meaningful, when the purpose of that connection is meaningful 😉
To which ‘Others’ am I connected? Family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Why? Or in other words; for which purpose?
Core Connection

There are so many views thrown at you during your life. Norms, values, thoughts, belifes, concepts from your parents, caregivers, teachers, family, friends, doctors, politicians, neigbors, etc. Finding the answers to your own questions can be(come) difficult.
And now you’re reading my perspectives. To be able to Connect to Yourself, take this word in: PERSPECTIVE. Because that is ultimately, all that they are: thoughts, beliefs, concepts which combined are my personal perspectives and work for me.
That doesn’t mean you have to ditch ALL perspectives of others.
The right questions and tools, however, will enable you to find Your answers to Your questions. Providing you those, here on my website, I aim to inspire you to Connect. To Life, to Others, to Yourself. The latter, the most important Connection. To my perspective 😉
Connect to Yourself and start by asking yourself: which perspectives are MINE?

What’s right for me may not be right for you!
You are and will remain responsible for your own health, your own well-being, your own environment.
When in doubt about your physical and / or mental health, about your life, about specific food choices… A doctor, specialist, dietitian, nutritionist, therapist, or other caregiver may remove your doubts.
