Searching for the best suitable lifestyle can get very confusing. Finding the right diet seem to be even more challenging. Just like many other Beautiful Souls, I struggled too, however, fortunately, I found someone who has logical answers…
Diet for human beings
As human beings, we eat what we are taught to eat by our caregivers. Later on in life, the moment we start to take care of ourselves, we either continue eating the same way, or we try new menus. If you’re anything like me, you start questioning what you are putting in your mouth and if that is actually healthy. And that is the moment the confusing phase could start.
Nowadays, there are so many diet-styles and you might wonder if meat, eggs and other products made of animals are malicious, or if vegetarians are wicked (among other rising questions). On my quest to find the right diet for me, I even took various courses regarding nutrition for human beings. I personally believe, it is wise to rely on scientific information, when you want to do best for your body nutrition-wise.
Nutrivore by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, PhD
Human beings are unique creatures and in general we can eat a lot of the same foods. At the same time, we are also unique individuals. Therefore, what you need to put in your mouth to stay (or become) healthy, differs per person. What good is for me, is not always good for you and vice versa.
During one of my investigations I found the website of Dr. Sarah Ballantyne a.k.a. The Paleo Mom. This Beautiful Soul has been doing (and still does) in depth research about nutrition for a long time. Like me, she discovered the Paleo lifestyle could lead to nutritional deficiency and recently I discovered she started to build a new website.
Always check with your doctor or personal nutritionist before you make drastic changes to your diet. When in good health and in need of solid information regarding nutrition, I believe you might like the information provide by Dr. Sarah: nutrivore.com
For sure, it will save you lots of research-time ; -)

Acknowledgement
Acknowledgement is more important than you might think. It is not about approving, it’s about empowerment and showing appreciation. Virtual social platforms are perfect for that. In addition, for me, it is also about staying aware of the fact that we all human beings, striving to thrive, each in our unique way. Seeking understanding for each others differences, can only lead to a more peaceful world for us all.
Therefore, I hope you challenge yourself to keep reaching out to and Connect with Beautiful Souls out there. Don’t hesitate to link a Beautiful Post/Website you created, or did read, in the comments below.

Interesting, I’ve never heard about the Nutrivore diet, I like the concept. I made a big reduction in the amount of fried foods I consume and that has a good effect on me.
Hi dear Jaja,
What I like about nutrivore.com and thus Dr. Sarah’s work: it’s not about a specific diet. Follow any diet you prefer, use as much as possible natural foods and make sure it is nutrient dense ; -)
If I remember correctly, you’re looking to turn your farm more sustainable and environmental friendly and I think you’ll discover a lot more regarding a healthy lifestyle. Warm regards, Patty
