Before I literally write a new post/article, I always have a lot of thoughts going through my mind. Working at a new page, momentarily ‘Boost Your Soul’, I write some down to make sure I don’t forget those brain threads.
Just now, I was working at another part of my website (general maintenance) and I updated a bit at my you-tube channel. As usual I got distracted and browsed through various videos and watched a few. The following video, an excerpt of a conversation between Mr. Thich Nhat Hann and Oprah Winfrey, I just had to share with you dear Beautiful Souls, since it fits perfectly by the topic I am currently working on:
We all can be(come) a Beautiful Soul and personally, I absorbed the wise words of Mr. Thich Nhat Hahn. Being a compassionate deep listener is what I try to be all the time. At the end he talks about 4 little mantra’s which can make all the difference in any relationship:
“Darling, I am here for you.”
“Darling, I know you are there…and I am so happy, because you are truly there.”
“Darling, I know you suffer…that is why I am here for you.”
“Darling, I suffer. I am trying my best to practice. Please, help me.”

Me too, I need more time to watch the video. Reading is ok, but watching movies takes a lot of time. I love the phrases you posted here:

It is so truly true…and I feel them. It is the best answer to my post about the Bright side of life….

This is my absolute favorite Super Soul Sunday! I used to have it recorded and would watch every now and then. It shows how much we complicate life.
