Connecting to Life and to Others can not be done without Connection to Yourself. It’s what I call Core Connection. Awareness of who you are, what you want in life, reflecting upon your purpose here on this earth, is important to create a meaningful existence.
Core Connection
As human beings we have basic needs: fire, water, food, clothing and shelter. All other needs depend on you as an individual. That’s why I state: what’s right for me may not be right for you. Core needs are suitable to your uniqueness, to your unique situation, to your unique environment.
Connect to Yourself is about diving into your root. Who are you, what do you want, what are your beliefs. How do your thoughts influence your emotions. Reflecting regularly on your different life areas, your main values. What are your individual needs at core level. Embracing your positives AND limitations. In short: Core Connection.
Be You
In a world that can get very confusing, or you feel constant pressure to move forward in a certain direction, it might be easier said than done to be you. It could be wise for sure to reach out to someone who can guide you to reflect and help you view problems from different perspectives.
At the same time, even though we are able to resonate with each others issues, emotions, situations, etc.; no-one can ever fully understand, experience, how it is to be you. Ultimately, we remain responsible for ourselves and our own life.
