Leaning against you with closed eyes
Trying to absorb your strength and energy
Looking up, sensing an umbrella of comfort
Wishing I could be just as wise
In silence you speak to my soul
Such deep introspection that I have never known
Calm and collective everything becomes
Can feel your pure energy in every bone
The ancient wisdom was right
You are constantly willing to share
Willing to guide us if only we allow
If only we weren’t too busy with our inner fight
When the wind starts nursing your crown
