The Modern Dilemma
Searching for the best suitable lifestyle can get very confusing.
Should we give up all modern technologies, possibilities, ideas and views and go back to the ancient way of living?
Or should we ditch all the wisdom our ancestors gathered and taught us?
Meat, eggs and other products made of animals are malicious? Or are vegetarians wicked?
Do we all need to be slim and go to a fitness center each day?
Is Science trustworthy, or do we all need to become herbalists?
So many questions, so many views.
Everything is Connected. Everything!
We spend our lives building structures; careers, families, lifestyles…
Yet many of us find ourselves living in a ‘standard’ design that doesn’t actually fit our uniqueness.
We feel the leaks in our foundation, but we don’t always know how to trace them.
I am your Connection Guide.
Not another polished expert: A global neighbor providing the tools and the honest perspective,

It’s about being a functional human in a physical world. Moving from wandering meaningless through life toward intentional living.

We shift from the meaningless pursuit of approval to the clarity of choosing presence. We step out of isolation and into a shared world, forming deep alliances with people, nature, and the universe. Honoring the individual freedom to pull back the bridge when the world becomes too loud.

We shift from being defined by our past to the clarity of who we are choosing to be now. Let’s stop trying to “fix” ourselves long enough to actually look at ourselves. Trying to force our unique soul into a narrow category defined by someone else. By connecting to the Core, we transform into the freedom of being human.

As long as I can remember, I’ve been philosophizing about the why humans do what they do. I now believe Connecting, besides surviving plus evolving, is our most important activity and goal.
Living on our wonderful planet for over five decades, I also strongly believe that the perfect way does not exists. Hence, I think it would be wise to stop trying to convince one and another there is only one way to live. Instead, let us empower each other to find and live the lifestyle suitable to our uniqueness.
While social media platforms have lost their original purpose (aimed to help users Connect with friends, family, and like-minded individuals digitally), I have always kept this in mind and therefore consider my website as my virtual home, readers as global neighbors who are visiting and thus people to Connect with.
Reach out to, Connect with, and acknowledge Beautiful Souls is still easier than ever. Besides waving at your neighbor, being friendly to the person behind the counter, caring for other living creatures; treating each other with respect in our daily encounters, we also have various opportunities in our virtual world.
In 2017 I started to explore the health and wellness industry again, increasing my knowledge plus experience in professional guidance and coaching. Open-minded to the perspectives of ancient skilled helpers, learning modern methods from peers. Filtering out what makes sense to me and started to add tips and tools to my own virtual home.
After being part of various online platforms and collaborating worldwide, the desire arose to expand my virtual home even further. Besides sharing my thoughts, experiences and knowledge, bringing meaningful content into our virtual world, I wanted to add options enabling me to Connect & Collaborate together with my global neighbors. Online, meaningful, human. One-on-One, in group settings.

These are built on the simple, human belief that we all need a ‘listening ear’ and a safe space to spill our guts. This year (2026) I will keep creating and adding options to Connect globally.
