Be Kind, a simple but powerful tool, created to acknowledge or motivate yourself or someone else. Inspired on the short notes I regularly write for my husband, to another beloved one, or for myself.
A short note to show appreciation, or to inspire each other is a small gesture with a powerful outcome. Key-words or key-phrases as motivation can be very effective. In addition, building meaningful connections start with little gestures.
