We spend so much of our lives performing. We say “I’m OK” for our friends, stay strong for our families, and are constant busy for a world that never seems to be enough.
But what happens when you are on your own again? When the house is quiet, the screens are off, and you are left with the raw, unfiltered truth of your own Soul?
Often, that truth feels too heavy to carry alone. We look for a place to put it down, but we find ‘advice’ instead of empathy, or ‘fixes’ instead of a listening ear.
