This week we start scanning our LifeConnections, the literal infrastructure of our existence, and I would like to acknowledge a Beautiful Soul who understands that a solid foundation requires both ancient wisdom and modern tools.
I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Paul de Kock a bit better during a few online well-being virtual gatherings. Paul is a Holistic Coach for Health & Wellness, but what makes him a true ‘Architect of Life’ is his commitment to depth over noise. He doesn’t just preach balance; he lives it by continuously evolving his own foundation.
The Intersection of Wellness and Possibility
Paul operates in two worlds that, at first glance, seem separate, but in his hands, they are perfectly connected:
- Wholelistic Trading: Paul works with health and wellness brands that value depth and are looking to build a thriving wellness business that delivers results and impact.
- The AI School of Possibilities: Paul co-founded this to make AI accessible and practical. He sees AI not as a ‘global mess’ to fear, but as a transformative tool that, when handled with intentionality, can simplify our basic needs and free up our time for what truly matters.
Why I believe he is a Beautiful Soul:
Paul embodies the principle that Safety is the Foundation where Connection Grows. By helping people secure their well-being and master their digital tools, he is helping them clear the ‘autopilot’ from their lives. He helps others meet their basic needs so they have the space to become their Unique Selves—both personally and professionally.

Acknowledgement
Acknowledgement is important, even more important than you might think. I wrote an article about that a few years ago (read more) and I figured, I can’t talk about the importance of this and not keep walking the talk myself, right?!
Acknowledgement is not about approving; it’s about empowering and showing appreciation. In our virtual world, we also have various opportunities to do so. While we can exist on our own, we thrive better when connecting to others.
Everything is connected. When we learn from those who value depth, we strengthen the architecture of our own lives.
