Indeed a thought provoking quote! And/but a true one. It makes me think of someone I put my trust in, and she proved me wrong. That was indeed her choice. There was nothing I could do, or add, or change about it – if I would have wanted to. Seeing, and understanding this, makes a lot of difference when ‘trust’ is like a lifeline for you (in this case: for me)
