Intentional dis-connection (with certain people, and even ‘society’) for me is very beneficial to my health and overall well-being. It leaves more space for other means of connections: with nature, with spirit…
Thank you for adding your insightful perspective, dear Anuk.
You’re welcome, dear Patty.
I have another one for you: I think the only dis-connection that is truly self-sabotage is to disconnect from your body. Not listening to it, not honoring it as the beautiful vessel it is for the soul to live a human life in…
But… the word self-sabotage for me has some consciousness to it, some deliberate action, and I wonder if the majority of the people who are NOT connected to their body are even conscious of this. For those people I would say dis-connection (from the body) is ‘just’ harmful
I will add it to the collab article for sure! Thanks, Anuk for the addition.
It depends on whether the dis-connection was intentional or not.
Valid point! Thanks for sharing, Peter.
