Personal Responsibility
Unfortunately, we can’t control everything what happens around us. So, it is up to you and me to choose what we contribute to, and what not. Ever since I started to Connect online, I have noticed the increase of discrimination, conspiracy theories, polarization, etc. My belief of bringing meaningful content into the world has always been, and still is, it’s up to you and me.
Just because morally questionable people are in charge, making choices often not for the good of our shared world, does not mean everyone in that country, town, community has the same state of mind. The tools I use for my virtual home still serve my purpose. Regardless of its origin.
Just like mentioned in today’s choice of Soul Music, it is about taking personal responsibility for your own choices and actions. I aim to make decisions with integrity, use modern materials in the same spirit. The people making sure my website stays online, creating technical features, are not responsible for those in charge.
Life is indeed what YOU make it. In my opinion, freedom of choice is possible, even in today’s mess.

Soul Connection
There are many ways to Boost Your Soul and music is a fantastic one. There are a variety of genres you can listen to, even Soul Music is a genre in itself. To me, music is also a way to Connect with your Soul. A tool to help you go through emotions and acknowledge them. Depending on your mood, there will be always a piece of art that goes along with it. No, at first I wasn’t sure if I knew the song, although the start did sound familiar and some of the imagery too. Then when I did a quick deep dive just now – I went, yep, I know who they are and realised I had heard it performed by others.
Life is definitely what you make it but sometimes there is a lot of noise that gets in the way. We have been in three hotels in 7 days, the craziness of it all!
