While life can be harsh and people cruel, I still believe there is so much to live for. There are so many Beautiful Souls out there. However, I can genuinely understand why it might feel too difficult to keep going.
Today, while working on a new coaching-program ‘Embrace Your Darkness’, I listened to one of my favorite songs by Robbie Williams ‘Feel’. Maybe you can resonate with the lyrics, in that case I hope this sentence “I got too much life running through my veins, going to waste” sinks in.
The featured photograph I added is from one of our plants in our garden. The summer heat almost burned it, despite me running around every day to provide her with water. However, Nature is resilient. We are part of Nature, therefore we are resilient too. Like this plant;
We got too much life running through our veins.
Don’t let your life go to waste, even if you don’t understand your meaning of it right now 😉
Feel ~ by Robbie Williams
Come and hold my hand
I wanna contact the living
Not sure I understand
This role I’ve been given
I sit and talk to God
And he just laughs at my plans
My head speaks a language
I don’t understand
I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
‘Cause I got too much life
Running through my veins
Going to waste
I don’t wanna die
But I ain’t keen on living either
Before I fall in love
I’m preparing to leave her
Scare myself to death
That’s why I keep on running
Before I’ve arrived
I can see myself coming
I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
‘Cause I got too much life
Running through my veins
Going to waste
And I need to feel
Real love and the love ever after
I cannot get enough
I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
I got too much love
Running through my veins
To go to waste
I just wanna feel
Real love and the love ever after
There’s a hole in my soul
You can see it in my face
It’s a real big place
Come and hold my hand
I wanna contact the living
Not sure I understand
This role I’ve been given
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand

This keeps me going, despite (temporarily) sore knees, despite (short-term) financial stress, despite(intermittent) encounters with difficult people. My students need what I can give them, for the last 2.5-3 years I plan on working. My Baha’i friends find my assistance with activities useful, for the similar period I have left in Arizona. My son and soon-to-be daughter-in-law need me for moral support, getting started with their (hopefully) long life together. Then, there is the world I want to explore, albeit as a septuagenarian.
That’s why I value our connection highly, dear Gary. You are an inspiring neighbor! XxX
